Family Session in the Park!

Engaged: Mike & Katie

Just a little warning: This may be my longest blog post ever! Mike and Katie had so many good moments during their session that I couldn't possibly get my favorites down below 12 images! We started off at the lake they live on, and then headed downtown for some fun city shots. Beautiful locations + beautiful people = amazing photos! Most couples get their engagement photos taken months before their wedding, but Mike and Katie are actually getting married next Saturday! It's good practice for what's to come next week... :) Thanks, Mike and Katie for choosing me to capture this special time in your life together. I had so much fun with you two! Beautiful Braylon

OK...this 7 month old baby is too cute! When he's not smiling, he looks like this uber-serious little man, but then you get him to laugh, and he lights up the whole room with that grin of his. And...once he started smiling, he just never stopped. See for yourself...

Mckenna turns 1!

Mckenna Leigh is the beautiful daughter of one of my long-time friends, Jenn. Jenn and I have known each other since we were 5 years old and have been through many different stages of our lives together. It's crazy to think that we've been close since we were little kids, and now we're at the age where WE have kids of our own. I got to take these photos of Mckenna at her first birthday party. She is an absolute doll!

Summer Fun

I took these photos right before I left Grand Rapids and moved to Ohio. These kids are so beautiful, and I just love capturing moments with them! Here's your sneak peek, Larson family!
